🌸WHY IS MY LOCATION NOT INCLUDED IN THE OPTIONS FOR SHIPPING?
Currently PHLPost can only ship to the locations included in the options. Furthermore some countries and locations require additional documents and requirements that the shop currently can't find time to arrange and submit.
🌸WHERE CAN I GET UPDATES REGARDING THE SHOP/ORDER/PRODUCTS/PROMOS/ETC?
All shop related updates can be checked on the shop's twitter account
🌸ARE ALL THE PRODUCTS FOR PREORDER?
Yes. Depending on the item, it can take 2-6 weeks for printing/production. Please only order if you are willing to wait.
🌸HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?
This store is managed by one person and so order processing could take 2-5 days. Your patience is greatly appreciated
🌸HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKES?
PHLPost Registered mail with tracking numbers take 2-8 weeks to be delivered depending on your location.
Due to the restrictions or changes that COVID-19 can cause, there is a possibility of delays in the shipping time that is beyond the shop's control.
🌸WHERE CAN I CHECK THE SHIPPING STATUS USING THE TRACKING NUMBER?
You can use tracking.phlpost.gov.ph
🌸 THE ITEMS I RECEIVED ARE NOT WHAT I ORDERED/ THERE ARE MISSING AND DAMAGED ITEMS IN THE PACKAGE I RECEIVED, CAN I GET A REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Please send an email to ulsiart94@gmail.com attaching images of all the items you have received and we can discuss the next steps to address this. After inspection of your claim, a partial/full refund or replacement can be given.
All items purchased from the shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract, as such, the risk of loss, damages and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.
🌸I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS FOR MY ORDER, HOW CAN I CORRECT MY ADDRESS? CAN I GET A REFUND?
If your order is still being packed, please email ulsiart94@gmail.com to correct your address before shipping begins. However if your order has already been shipped out, the shop will not be held responsible for any lost or missing order due to incorrect addresses.
Refunds are only granted to incorrect or damaged items that have passed the claim inspection.
Please always double check your address before checking out.
🌸 WHO WILL SHOULDER THE HANDLING CUSTOM FEES, VAT FEES, OR ADDITIONAL FEES UPON ARRIVAL TO MY LOCATION?
The buyer will be responsible in all additional fees their respective locations will charge them upon the arrival of their order to their location.
